Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Please note that the shipping method selected at checkout applies only to transit time and does not affect our processing time. We do not offer expedited order processing.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200.
Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using UPS Worldwide Saver or USPS International, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship once all items are available.
If you’d like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet our estimated processing times, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@goodtalk.xyz and retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can assist you. For packages that never arrive, claims must be reported within 90 days of shipment.
